You can either send us an enquiry or pick up the phone and speak to us straight away. We’ll have a short discussion about your environment and discuss our next steps.

2. We come onsite and have a chat

We’ll come out to your office and discuss in greater detail your requirements and how we can get you there.

3. You accept our proposal

We’ll shoot you over an electronic proposal. No print and sign, no technical jargon or legal speak – just straight forward English.

4. We on-board your organisation

So, you’ve accepted our proposal and are ready to take the relationship to the next level. We’ll get our software on your machines, start creating an inventory of your systems and start compiling some recommendations.

5. You enjoy worry-free IT

Is it easy to switch to All IT Solutions?

Yes! We make switching easy via simple sign up and onboarding process. We gather information about your environment in the background and populate our system so when you call, we have all the information we need. We are so confident that you’ll love our service that if you feel that All IT Solutions is not what you were hoping for, you can leave within the first month without paying us a cent – No hoops or loopholes!

I'm still not sure if you do what we need

Does switching cause downtime?

Not usually. However, if we do require downtime, we will make sure to do it outside of your business hours.

My current IT provider won't cooperate

We’ve been around long enough to see these situations occur, but don’t worry, there is always a way out and it’s rare that IT providers don’t cooperate.

What if we've made the wrong choice?

In the unlikely event you feel that All IT Solutions is not the service provider for you, we make it easy to back out. Shoot us an email and we’ll hand over all information collected about your environment to you or your new IT provider, then destroy it from our systems.

We do not outsource any of our services and our helpdesk is local and located in the Canberra CBD. Our team undertake training on a regular basis to provide our clients with the best possible service (both technically and professionally).

Do you have guaranteed response times?

Yes, we do! Our packages section above have the SLA times listed. Despite these times, we often respond much quicker.

What if we have a critical system issue?

Despite our SLAs stating 2/4/8-hour responses, critical issues take priority and we have someone in a van driving to your site usually within 10 minutes. We understand that system down issues are no joke and must take priority over all else.

Are your systems secure?

Very! All our systems and team members use multifactor authentication and encrypted storage. We also encrypt all the traffic between our systems and yours when helping you out.

What is your stance on new technology?

We embrace technology but don’t push it on our clients where it doesn’t fit or where the client is unsure about it. We deploy technology solutions that are tried and tested so that your business isn’t the canary down the coal mine.

What is your offboarding process?

You may be wondering what happens in the unlikely event that All IT Solutions doesn’t end up being the right fit for your business? Well, that’s easy. All the information we collect about your organisation is yours! We hand this information over and remove all sensitive data about your environment from out systems – We hand you back the keys.
