1. We get you setup in our system
First step is for us to get you setup in our system so you can start using our helpdesk and we can start storing information about your network.
2. We deploy our RMM tool
We make contact and start deploying our RMM tool, which gives us remote access to your computers plus a full inventory of your PC and network.
3. Deploy our antivirus
Next, we install our antivirus and get everyone on the same version which is managed by us via the cloud.
4. Implement additional services
As a final stage of the onboarding process, we'll setup any additional services that you may have signed up for. These include:
- Onsite backup
- Office 365 backup
- Email anti-spam/antivirus filtering
- DNS filtering
